⏰ Availability: Immediate move-in, lease until the end of August 2025. The entire lease term must be covered; short-term rental is not accepted.

The surrounding area is very convenient: a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre, 5 minutes to Aston University, 15-20 minutes to University College Birmingham, and 10-15 minutes to the train station. I lived in another room in the building earlier this year found it to be very new and convenient.
