Room in a Shared House, Darris Road, B29

I have a spare double room to let in my home which is lived in by myself and my 6 year old daughter,  
You would rent the spare room which is a double  room furnished and have access to shared bathroom and kitchen including washing machine cooker fridge freezer etc , we are local to many bus services and train stations connecting to town centre and the university,  we have local corner shops and 3 soon to be 4 supermarkets within a 10 minute walk
