Room in a Shared House, Waterworks Road, B16

I hope you find this proposal interesting.

I am renting two rooms in my house in Edgbaston, conveniently located near the city centre. The rooms will be available from 23rd July as they are currently occupied. The house is just a 10-minute walk to Broad Street, 5 minutes to the nearest bus stop, 10 minutes to the market, and only a 1-minute walk to an Off Licence that's open 7 days a week.

The house is quite spacious, with a very comfortable kitchen that has large cupboards and two big fridges. We also have a large garden where we often have barbecues with friends. The two available rooms will share a bathroom, which will be used exclusively by these two rooms. The house has three bathrooms in total: one shared between the other two rooms and a downstairs bathroom for communal use.

We have a garage in front of the house that fits one car, and there is also a rear entrance to the garden that can accommodate a motorcycle if needed. The house has four bedrooms in total. My wife and I live in one of the rooms and are the landlords of the house. We are looking for tenants who are clean and organised, ideally people who will fit in well with our household.
