Our fully furnished 4 bedroom apartment is available to let, all bills included serviced accommodation located in the South Shore area of Blackpool. Just a stone throw away from everything Blackpool has to offer. Benefiting from only a 2 minute walk to the beautiful promenade and Beach. It is also only a 1-2 minute walk away from the Plab2 Aspire Academy.

We have a lounge area with a settee & dining space. Our kitchen provides you with all appliances you would need during your stay.

Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom 1 - x1 double bed, Bedroom 2 - x1 double bed, Bedroom 3 - x1 single bed & x1 double bed, Bedroom 4 - 2 double beds. This price is base in 1 x person per bedroom, if you are wanting additional occupants the price will vary.

There is 1 x free parking space at the rear of the property.

The price is £600 per week which includes all of the bills and a fully furnished flat. We also provide a clean per month with bed linen changed so we can keep on top of the apartment (additional charges can apply if more than 1 guest is staying). The £600 per week rate will not be applicable for the months between April-August, please contact us direct for a price for these months.
