I bought my flat in Westbourne as an investment for when I’m older ( a good few decades yet) I am looking to start off with a 6 month tenancy with the option to extend when I fully immigrate. Fear not I have a team of people on the ground here to deal with issues and problems if they need resolving on the flat and I will be available 247 on WhatsApp or email. I still am very much tied to the uk with family and business. But I don’t live here or stay here as much any more. Happy to keep most bills in my name for the first 6 months, then if you decide to extend tenancy, they will be put in your name. Please note I have storage heaters and a water tank not a boiler. Flat operates on electricity not gas. Lovely neighbours safe area and beautiful home with an amazing energy. Small pets are fine but no kids please.
