Its a lovely space and I stayed there myself in the summer doing some facia work and cleaning and decorating, enjoying mountain biking almost every day over to Swanage and the areas over there going on the ferry.

There are some trees at the rear wall hat may bother people with pollen allergies but it doesn’t bother me at all nor the previous girls who were there over 2 years and have moved on to different countries.

A great area to have a bike and there is a bike rack in courtyard and some garden furniture.
