A double room available from  December but flexible if needed before, it can be furnished or unfinished.
The house is right next to the River stour for walks/watersports.
Close to The Hospital, Castle-point, Southbourne, Tuckton and Christchurch with regular bus routes everywhere a 5 minute walk away.
The house has a garden and parking spaces for 2 cars.
Would be sharing with a friendly and relaxed 34yr old female working full time and her 2 friendly cats (Ori and Luna)
I'd like the house to feel like a home and be treated like one, you can make the space your own :).
It isn't a party house but I am sociable so happy to make dinner, watch a film or play games with a glass of wine or beer. I like being outdoors, films, music and reading, gaming too from time to time.
Rent is £775 per month (with bills included), can be less in summer months (all depends on gas and electric situation)
Would be directly let with a good reliable landlord, I've been here a couple of years and he's always helped when needed/been reasonable.
Female room mate preferred.
