This spacious 2nd floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat with high ceilings is brilliantly situated in central Bradford opposite Forster Square railway station (easy commute to Leeds), 2 minutes from Bradford Cathedral and very near all the shops and city centre amenities. 

The kitchen-dining-living room area is large and open with lots of light from the high windows which also get lots of sun. the kitchen has all mod cons including new fridge freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave & toaster. There is a corridor from the lounge - diner to both bedrooms giving privacy and quietness from the living area. There is a small storage cupboard off this corridor where the hot water tank, boiler and fuse box are. The flat is supplied by electricity only. There is no gas supply to the block 

The City Mills apartment block at the end of Mill Street was converted in the early 2000s and is well maintained by the property management company and the hallways, stairwells and lift are kept clean and tidy. Being on the 2nd floor at the end of the corridor on a cobbled side street the flat is quiet. You'd never know you were in the city centre.  

In 2023-24 I replaced the oven and hob, fridge freezer and shower unit in the ensuite bathroom and the central heating controls. I'm looking for someone interested in a long let but if you are looking for less than one year you are welcome to get in touch. If you are looking for an unfurnished rental I would consider this if you are looking to stay for one year or more.
