👋🏼The elders and the church members will be managing the flat and the managing team will support for any issues on-site, including myself and my husband. 
📞We live 10min' walk from the flat and both professionals, we have several years' of experience of renting out and managing tenants elsewhere, always a phone call away.
🔧We have plumbers and electricians we work with, for any potential issues.


Contract Terms
Rent £1,400.00 per month (£323.08 per week)
Security deposit is £1,615.38 - 5 week's rent, to be paid upon the agreement, ahead of the rent start
Minimum tenancy is 6 months
Maximum number of tenants is 2
🔑We  will use a standard shorthold tenancy agreement template that's downloadable from gov.uk
💰The security deposit (5 weeks' rent) is a must before we move ahead on the agreement, the deposit will be held in a secure government tenancy deposit scheme.


Other conditions
🙏🏼 We do not expect you to be of Christian faith, we just would like to have someone of good moral standing and of good credit and just respectful of our times of gathering, in terms of noise and visitors. We are a small gathering though and have a very small footprint in terms of noise or traffic impact to you. Currently, the church meet on Sunday mornings (11AM service), Tuesday lunchtime, Wednesday evenings for Bible study and prayer. 
🔥 The tenant is not allowed to have any type of open fire, including candles - this is due to the building insurance terms and conditions as the flat is attached to the church building. A breach could lead to the termination of the tenancy agreement. 
🧳 3 month's notice for departure - life happens, so we know this is not always possible, but the earlier the better and at least 2 months' should be protected.
✅ When you move out, we would require a simple face-to-face check-out procedure to make sure the flat is in good working order and clean. We would require a professional end-of-tenancy clean, after which is verified, a full refund of the security deposit will take place.
