I am happy to take people with pets, BUT please consider this is not a detached house and people live below you, so any one with a dog will need to bring that dog with them to the viewing to ensure that they are not particularly "barky".
I love dogs, i have two myself but i also take my tenants needs into account with every let i make. Please consider how you would feel left under a flat with a dog that barks constantly.
I rent this directly, there are no agents in the middle and my company operates a large number of properties, so we have excellent support from our electrician, plumber and handyman. These people are available to contact directly, after you move in, so that any issues are resolved immediately.
