We will make sure we do everything we can to make this a comfortable home for you. The flat is available from 1st November, 2024, currently offered for a fixed 6-12month tenancy. Bills are not included but if you don't want the haste of setting everything up, we're happy to include them for an additional agreed cost. Pets are allowed for an additional £25/month.

Seven Dials is a wonderful place to live. It's a great community near many green parks and with lots of independent businesses, gastro pubs, restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. The flat is a 10min walk to Brighton Train Station, the top of The North Lanes and Preston Park, and a 15mins walk to the beach. It's only an hour to London on the train and trains are every 10-15mins

This lovely 65m2 apartment is located on the -1 floor, accessible by stairs.

The flat is fully furnished to a high standard. The living room is brightly furnished and very well-kept, with a sitting area and a TV to watch all your favourite shows. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments family and friends.

There is a washer and dryer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed  to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom is bright with a well-pressured shower. There is a large sunny patio with BBQ.

To enter the flat, you'll need to navigate a set of narrow steps, which might be challenging for those with mobility issues.  Please note there may be some building works needed over the next year which will put the patio out of use - we will reduce your rent if this is the case.
