Practicalities
The flat is on the third floor and unfortunately there is no lift so this property is not suitable for everyone. As the flat is right in the centre of Brighton parking is restricted. As it is the top floor flat it benefits from the heating in the flats below and with a new insulated roof the electricity bill is relatively low. There is no gas. The water is on a meter.
