The flat is light, spacious and newly decorated in neutral colours.
Unusually, all 3 bedrooms are a good size. The bathroom is new (final touches still being completed) and the modern kitchen is well-equipped and has both a dishwasher and washing machine.  

The flat would be ideal for sharers, couples or a family needing short-term accommodation. The end date is flexible but can't be later than December 20th. The minimum let is 2 months.  (The rooms are not available individually - one-by-one.)
