The lovely cafes and shops of Kemptown village are a short walk down the hill as is the beach. Even closer to us is the area known as ‘Baker’s Bottom’ where you’ll find a handy corner shop, excellent community pub and Indian takeaway. 

A wrought iron gate takes you up a black and white checked tile path to a sturdy door with brass knocker.

Huge sitting room with gas fire and TV (All major streaming services available) at the front and dining/work table and snug area at the back.
Spacious Hallway leading to cloakroom with loo and sink, then a big eat-in kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and loads of crockery, cutlery and equipment.
