I have a lovely light and bright double room available at the moment.  I am a live out landlady. I am happy to consider short term lets.

You would be sharing the house with two others and have the run of the lounge and garden as well as the kitchen and bathroom and your own room. There is a big garden, decking area and a wood burning stove as well as central heating, washing machine and wifi etc.

There is FREE on street parking and bus and train routes close by, as well as shops, pubs and GP surgery, access to both universities and to the A27. Town is five minutes by car, and 20-30 on a bike or on foot. Beautiful Bevendean Down is literally on the other side of the road so if you like to get off road it’s a really great location, for walking or cycling with access to great walks/cycle routes on the doorstep.
