Room in a Shared House, Coombe Rise, BN2

I have a lovely room available at my home Phoenix Nest Retreats, called * The Octopus room *


It is south facing, sunny, cosy , furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk (can be taken out also.
The room is £600 including all bills, wifi and council tax.

I’m looking a for a mature, easygoing, tidy, fun & creative person- woman, NB, genderqueer or LGBTQ male- to join me and another lodger in my beautiful home- the room is available from 28th of September!


I am looking for someone who would like to rent longer term, who appreciates the beauty of Phoenix Nest, loves animals and is willing to look after my cat when I am away.


If you’re interested in shamanism, spirituality, nature, writing, embodiment, music or any such thing, that would be be a wonderful bonus.
My house has a gorgeous nourishing, creative and holding vibe, a true nest to recharge. Saltdean has a Lido and an award-winning beach.

Phoenix Nest has:
* bathroom with shower and bath-tub;
* well equipped kitchen and washing machine;
* large living room;
* terrace
* beautiful big garden with different areas to sit;
* a sauna!

I’m currently living with another lodger, my cat Sami and a Royal Python Syd- ( he is in a vivarium, but I do take him out sometimes to handle him. )
I am a writer and coach and I work from home. I run occasional workshops and retreats at my beautiful home. Most of the work happens in my garden cabin/temple.
I am also travelling a fair bit currently.

I envision from our household that while doing our own stuff, we also share occasional meals, chats, walks or sea swims or hang out together.

* The house and garden have a wonderful vibe and Phoenix Nest in a quiet cul-de sac just 2 min to the South Downs way (sheep, horses and two llamas close by), and has great views.
It’s also on quite a steep hill and we have good bus connections (10 min from 27 bus stop).
