Are you a female young professional or student looking for short term accomodation in a safe, homely location?  This might be just what you're looking for.

There is a modern, bright and spacious furnished bedroom available soon in our 4 bed family home. The room includes a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. All bills are included (electricity, gas, wifi, council tax...).

You'll be sharing the house with another female lodger and our family - our 2 sons (6 and 8 years old), my husband and I.

We're very friendly people with busy schedules and while we'll live under the same roof, the house is big enough so that we all have our own space.

We'll share the top floor bathroom (only with our family, the other lodger has an ensuite), the kitchen and the utility room (washing machine and dryer).

This is a wonderful location on Bath road with a few cafes, shops, eateries nearby and regular bus routes to and from the City center (15min) as well as free on street parking on the streets nearby.

The room will be available for a maximum of 3 months, with minimum length of contract being 2 months and some flexibility on end date up to early/mid May.
