Are you a female student or young professional looking for your next accommodation in a quiet, yet well connected location?  This might be just what you're looking for.

There is a modern, bright and spacious furnished ensuite bedroom, with a desk, a large wardrobe and your own bathroom available in our 4 bed family home. All bills are included (electricity, gas, wifi, council tax...).

You'll be sharing the house with our family - our 2 sons (7 and 9 years old), my husband and I. 

We're very friendly people with busy schedules and while we'll live under the same roof, the house is big enough to enable us all to have our own space.

We'll share a large, well equipped kitchen so if you like cooking, you'll feel great here. While this is where we socialize, there is plenty of space for everyone to use it at the same time. You'll have your own separate fridge and a few shelves in the cupboard. The living room is used by our family only. 

Wonderful location on Bath road with a few cafes, shops, eateries nearby and regular bus routes to and from the City center as well as free on street parking on the streets nearby.

We're flexible with the length of the contract although looking for a minimum of 3 months and ideally until May/June 2025. This would suit a student perfectly.
