We are going travelling for 6 months from mid December and looking to rent out our massive newly renovated loft conversion with brand new private bathroom in our house, Bishopsworth South Bristol, unfurnished. Could suit a couple or someone who wants some extra space as the room is 6.5/4.5 meters. It also has a beautiful view. We have a 4 bedroom house with shared living room, fully functioning kitchen, conservatory and large garden. The rest of the house is fully furnished. We have a big drive so there is off street parking. We are on the 75/76 bus route to town that goes regularly and runs all night. You will be sharing with our current house mate Joe who is a 38 year old super lovely chap who is a very good chef by trade and very into music, going to gigs, socialising and cooking really good food. We also have a new lodger Katie 34 who is a care worker and trained therapist who enjoys all sorts of creative things, music, outdoor swimming and a bit of bouldering, late nights round a fire and cooking up nice food. They are looking for people of a similar age and mind set, people who are sociable and friendly but also tidy and respectful of the house and each others space. Would suit a working person/couple who are chilled out during the working week but up for a more fun at the weekend or when they are not working. It's a massive space so looking for £800 plus bills, we have a new boiler and new windows so the house is very energy efficient, cosy in winter and lovely in spring with the large garden.
