The downstairs is made up of 2 large bedrooms, an en-suite and main bathroom. The second bedroom can be used as a lounge or bedroom - comprising a large L-shaped sofa bed and 55” smart TV. The main bedroom has a built-in, raised platform bed with storage underneath plus built-in wardrobe.

Upstairs is an open plan kitchen and living area with sunset facing balcony. There is a 6 person dining table and a comfy “Moroccan Corner” to chill in. The kitchen is full equipped with appliances and utensils including an air fryer, kettle, percolator, microwave, toaster and milk frother.

The current set up with the second bedroom as the lounge is better suited for a couple but if two sharers are interested, we can swap the sofa for a bed in the second bedroom and get a smaller sofa in the upstairs living space. Happy to discuss based on requirements 😊
