A furnished, upstairs, three-bedroom, character flat in a lovely grade II listed building on the corner of Cotham Road and Cotham Grove, in a gracious area near to the hospital. The whole house has two other flats lived in by owners and one rented out to a professional family (no students).

There is one bathroom with a bath/shower; three double bedrooms and one smaller, single room which last year was used as a computer/work room. This third 'bedroom' is not possible to use as a bedroom.  There was a new, modern kitchen put in recently. Last year we put in wooden cutters at windows of the bedrooms and sitting room.  There is a garage with plenty of storage and it can be used for one small car/bicycles/motorbikes. There is parking available on the street with council permit which is possible to obtain at tenants' expense.

It is furnished and there is a condenser tumble dryer and dehumidifier.  We have a valid HMO licence to cover 3 unrelated sharers or 1 family.  No students.  The flat would suit a group of friends who are professionals.  Everyone who has lived here has loved it.

Utility bills and council tax are not included. Cleaning of passageways and stairs is included in the rent. No registration or agency fees.
