Beautiful house in the heart of Montpelier, fully equipped with everything you need. We have owned the house for 5 years so it is very homely and well looked after. There are 3 double bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and all fully furnished. The kitchen opens out onto a beautiful south facing patio garden with outdoor seating. The house is very close to the lively Stokes Croft but is situated on a quiet street away from the busyness.

Montpelier is a lovely place to live – only a short walk to the lively Stokes Croft with loads of bars/cafes/independent shops, but situated on a really quiet street. Lovely pubs nearby. Very close to Montpelier station (8 mins walk) with direct links to Temple Meads; 10 minutes to Tesco; short walk to city centre

Other things to note
We're selling the house, so there will be some viewings throughout your stay - hopefully this shouldn't be too many as we are hoping to sell soon. The estate agents have keys to the property so you don't need to be in the house but we will always notify you beforehand.
As the landlord i will pop in about once a month to check in on some things, but i will always message to let you know first and give plenty of warning.
