Large Double ensuite room available in large 2 bedroom South Bristol flat from Late January 2025 for 12 months with a Lodger Agreement.

My housemate (& live in owner) is a young professional, who is very laid back, clean and easy to live with.

The property is a beautiful large 2-bedroom ground-floor corner flat located in the sought-after Lakeshore Drive secure gated property. There is a large shared living room/ kitchen which is fully furnished with white goods, a corner sofa, a dining table, a coffee table, a Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with extensive appliances.
