A spacious double bedroom with private bathroom available in a top floor two-bed flat just off Whiteladies Road and within 2 minutes’ walk of Clifton Down train station.

The room has a double bed (mattress included), lots of floor space, two large built-in wardrobes, drawers, a large desk, two bedside tables, and views over a well-kept garden. There is also an allocated private bathroom.
The shared spaces include a large living room, hallway and kitchen.

The street is very peaceful and quiet despite being right next to a great selection of restaurants, cafes, shops and other utilities around Cotham Hill, Chandos Rd and Whiteladies Rd. There is very easy access into the centre and elsewhere from Whiteladies Road just at the end of the street. Also at the end of the street is a Tier bike/scooter parking area.
A parking permit can be acquired for on-street parking.

Bills (council tax, water, internet, gas and electric) are around £230/month.

The apartment would be shared with myself.
I’m an Engineer and fairly new to Bristol after finishing my PhD earlier this year. Currently I work several days per week from home, based at my desk in my bedroom, although this is likely to change to more on-site working in the near future.

I’m very easy-going and enjoy cooking, movies, sports, games and trips to the pub, although I also like my own space at times and respect others’.

Cleanliness is very important to me so someone who enjoys keeping communal spaces tidy would be a good fit.
