Room in a Shared House, Almond Way, BS16

Female only, I have a double bedroom for rent, plain white room with grey carpets, Situated bus's routes, staplehill high street is just up the road with local shops and page park. Just a 20 minute drive or buss journey to Bristol city centre. I have one medium dog which she is very old now and has her own room at the back of the house, very trained and behaved and she does not go upstairs.

The house is clean and tidy. So I would like someone that will tidy up after themselves. 😊No shoes in the property the carpets are fairly new with no marks on them.

I work 5/6 days a week So I spent a lot more time working than I do at home. I would like someone that works full time. I don't mind if you smoke, Just don't smoke in the house. Outside only 😊

please. The living room is out of use.. this will be where I would like to relax when I'm home. (Unless we become palls)
