- fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, tumble dryer, and others (plates, pans, kettle, cutleries, etc..)
- living room with TV, sofa and dining table
- front and back garden with patio
- off-street parking only if a permit is granted

The following options are available:
- Large double bedroom for up to two people £975 including council tax (couple is accepted with additional cost).
- Standard double bedroom (single occupancy) £750 per month including council tax.

All the other bills are shared between tenants (approximately 50-75£ pcm). There is also an option to have a bedroom with a dedicated bathroom for exclusive use. No admin fees will be charged.
