Room in a Shared House, Green Park Road, BS10

We are looking for a 4th person to join a friendly and sociable house in Filton (2 girl & 1 guy).

We will be leaving the house as I am moving away with work, the room available is the downstairs room.

We will leaving Bristol mid December so this house is only available from January 1st 2025.

The other housemates are a teacher, pharmacist and an engineer.

We are a friendly house who often cook and watch TV together.

The bedroom is large and comes fully furnished - and the bathroom was recently refurbished.

The house is Ideal if you're working in the Filton area and looking for a short commute with fast links to the Bristol city centre and beyond.

It is ideally positioned for both Airbus, GKN and Southmead Hospital which are a 5 minute drive/15 minute walk. Rolls-Royce and MOD are just a 10 minute drive/30 minute walk away, making it an ideal location.

There is a large Lidl less than 1 minute’s walk away with a late night convenience store opposite it.

The bus into Bristol city centre takes 28 minutes and we have a bus stop 2 minutes from the house.

Horfield gym and various pubs also within a short walk.

There is on road parking available and a garage for bikes or motorbikes.

All fixed bills are included in the rent (Fiber broadband, cable TV, Water and TV license).

The house and kitchen are fully furnished so there are no extra expenses on arrival.
