The shared communal areas consist of a fully integrated kitchen with a personal fridge/freezer per tenant, kitchen cupboard space, and an integrated hob and oven. There is also a breakout area to the back of the kitchen with a breakfast bar.

There is one bathroom on the ground floor with a toilet, basin and shower and on the first floor there is a W/C and another shower room.

To the rear of the garden there is an enclosed garden with a shed for all the tenants use.

Private parking is also available to the rear for three cars.

All bills (Council Tax, Electric, Gas, Fibre Broadband, and Water) are included in the rent with a fair usage policy in place.
