Our home:
The room is in our family home, our house is larger than the usual properties in the area and we’ve extended to the rear, it’s modernised throughout and is located in a very desirable part of Downend. You’ll have use of shared kitchen, dining room, lounge, laundry facilities, shared bathroom and 2nd w/c. Our home looks out on to woodland and is super peaceful and is close to plenty of green spaces.  
 
Location:
We're in a good location for getting into central Bristol (short walk to bus stop direct to city centre or 25min cycle), easy connections for UWE, MOD, Bristol Temple Meads and Parkway station and motorway.  

It's a short 10min walk to local shops, coffee shops and places to eat. Just around the corner are some great green spaces: Frenchay Common, Lincombe Barn and Vassall's Park
 
About us:
My partner and I are both working professionals, I also teach yoga, we're renting the room while our daughter is away travelling and currently have 1 other lodger sharing - so we would be max 4 people in the house.

We're looking to rent the room to a working professional, someone friendly, considerate and tidy (students considered but not suitable for someone who works from home.) 

No couples, smoking or pets.
