Room in a Shared House, Stilwell Road, BS10

I am looking for someone to become a lodger in my second bedroom in a new build house on the edge of Bristol.

The room used to be my office which I've converted into a double bedroom. The room comes with everything in the photos, including the desk / storage / built in wardrobe.

You will have your own private bathroom - see photo.
You will have full access to the garden, which has a shed with storage space for a bike if needed.
You will have your own private car parking space, which has a charging dock.

There are a lot of buses which stop outside the estate, which can take you directly to the centre of town (no.1) or to Gloucester Road (no.76).

There is a Lidl opening opposite the estate on the 14th of November.

I share the house with my cat, so you will need to be ok with a cat too!

I work from home, so I'm in pretty much every day. I'm looking for someone who is a working professional and gets on with themselves and doesn't leave mess behind them. I go out with friends on the weekend for drinks / bowling, and occasionally host board games nights. So if you're into that then thats a bonus.
