I have 2 rooms, one medium and one master bedroom to rent in Bedminster, BS3 3EB The Nursery.
At the moment i live alone and i am looking for someone to share the house with.
House is quiet, Victorian, partially renovated and the only room remaining to be fixed will be the bathroom - walls ( wich i will do it myself these days ).
Big garden with shed, no garage or private alley but free parking on the street.
The medium room will be 500 pcm bills included, master bedroom will be 650 pcm if ocupied by a couple.
Rooms are unfurnished, i can provide just one double bed for one of the rooms and a spare fridge as i have my own.
Kitchen, living room and toilet are furnished.
Availability - As soon as possible, anytime you want.
Viewings - anytime after 5 pm and weekends.
Deposit will be half of a month's rent, 250/325

Fully working people preferred, all i ask is to be considerate and understandfull as sharing a house involves certain commitments.
