Room in a Shared House, Wootton Road, BS4

I’m Georgi, I'm a 33-year-old male and the other tenant in the house. I’ve been living in Bristol for about 8 years (1.5 in this house). I'm a friendly guy working in tech, I work from home half the week. I'm a respectful guy and like to keep tidy, I'm not really into house parties though I like the occasional gaming or movie night with friends. In recent months I've been getting more into DIY and going to track days with my car. I also like video games, movies, and weekend car trips.

I’m looking for a friendly and tidy professional to share a space with. I'm happy to socialize and go exploring or to a pub occasionally. I’m not too fussy as long as we get along and are respectful to each other.

The available room is a bright and spacious double bedroom. It will be furnished (refer to photos) or unfurnished depending on your preferences. There's also lots of living space for two people in the rest of the house - a big living room, a garden with a pond, and a dedicated parking space in the back. There’s also free street parking in the front. There's a dishwasher, air fryer, and a Roomba-style vacuum in the house as extra amenities that I've bought.

The house is well connected in terms of transport. The 36 bus can take you to the center in about half an hour and the bus stop is right in front of the house, with busses coming every half an hour as well. If you cycle or take a TIER scooter nearby, it would take 15m to get to the center. Alternatively, the 43, 44, 45 busses can be taken from church road which is a 20m walk from the house.

There is a Co-op, a pharmacy, and a few takeaways within walking distance. I also do weekly in the Avonmeads shopping park nearby and you’re welcome to join me on a shopping trip :)
