The property address is Brixton Station Road, SW9. There is a tenant currently living there who will be moving out on the 6 September - we would require the weekend to get the property professionally cleaned and repair any wear and tear so it is in perfect condition for our new tenant.

If, after the viewing you would like to move in we would require a deposit and proof of income from all parties that would be on the tenancy and their guarantor (if needed).

This property is located on top of a shop (which we lease to a lovely lady who sells amazing Korean food - no smell enters the property) in the heart of Brixton and is very busy. The property is better suited for those who want to embrace the lively culture and be in the thick of it. However, we most of our tenants have used the property to work from home too.

This property is not suitable for families, in my opinion, and the rent exceeds the local housing allowance - so if you are claiming benefits you would need to have another source of income or a guarantor that would pay for the shortfall.

We are pet friendly landlords but may require a couple hundred pounds more deposit for the extra clean at the end of the tenancy.
