We won best room advertised from a major letting agency, even before we got a new bathroom with twin head power shower and jacuzzi whirlpool bath, second downstairs loo, new flooring, and new intelligent lighting throughout.

Comfy lounge with massaging sofa, big TV and high speed Wi-Fi. Huge south facing garden with furniture, BBQ, lots of fruits and vegetables, squirrels, outdoor lighting and power. Robot hoover and lawnmower, gardening and cleaning all taken care of. Fully equipped kitchen with all cookware and mod cons provided - dishwasher, microwave etc. Plus your own dedicated cupboard, fridge and freezer space.

The room is fully furnished with two wardrobes, desk, chair and a double bed. It's south facing overlooking the garden so gets plenty of light too. Remote controlled mood lighting - white or your choice of colour. 14 meters square / 140 foot square (we used the normal lens, not the cheaty one that makes it look bigger in the video).

Great transport links by Hayes and Bromley South stations (check postcode BR2 7PB). Bromley's highest park at the top of our short street, with a pub the other side. Shops, gym, post office and restaurants near the house. Awesome biking in woods all the way to the stix. Free parking everywhere.

We're all clean, tidy, non-smoking professionals, we aim for a 50-50 mix of guys and girls to keep it sociable. If we're not out we tend to chill in the garden or lounge.
