Broughton linear Park is a two minute walk away and Willen lake is only a 15 minute walk. Both the Swan pub(0.5 miles) at Milton Keynes Village and Warbler on the Wharf (1.7miles) are walking distance.
The flat is on the second floor, has great views and is very secure and quiet. Parking space right next to the external door.
Two double bedrooms, one with kingsize bed and one currently shown as a study but easily accommodates a double bed which will be provided.
Sunny, bright lounge diner has 2 sofas, one a double sofa bed, smart TV with access to Netflix, good wifi, and dining table with 4 chairs.
Kitchen is well equipped with granite work tops, large fridge freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher, gas hob and oven, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Bathroom has separate shower as well as a bath. There’s plenty of storage space in two large cupboards in the hall with ironing board and iron.
Really lovely place to live and convenient for working in city centre, Kingston and OU. All bills, including utilities and Wi-Fi, will be covered and managed for you.
