The kitchen has a fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. These are on free loan and do not form part of the tenancy. Should they break, the tenant would have to replace them at their own expense, washing machine and dishwasher are both relatively recent, and the oven has hardly ever been used. Lounge has a very comfy sofa bed and lovely TV stand, but would also be outside of the tenancy on free loan and the landlord will explain this to any prospective tenants. We are hoping to find a professional tenant/s who wants to make a home here, and who will enjoy looking after the garden. So sorry but we cannot accept small children or pets due to past experiences.
