Bugbrooke is a rural picturesque Northamptonshire village surrounded by acres of beautiful rolling countryside with the benefit of being close to major road and rail networks and also towns. Along with the River Nene and Hoarestone Brook, Bugbrooke also sits on the Grand Union Canal and has a small marina for approximately 40 moorings.

The Northampton train station has 5 platforms and is also only 15 minutes drive away.  Northampton train station is mainly served by West Midlands Railway, which connects Northampton to Birmingham in 1h 2m and to London Euston in 1h 12m.
