I have got all the amenities except dishwasher which i will buy soon. Happy to share my utensils and all the appliances, but if you break it then either fix it or replace it. Lidl and home bargains are approx 200m far from my house and the nearest bus stand is less than 100m. There is Direct bus to manchester as well. I dont have a car so you can use my parking space as well until I get my own car. Won't prefer a party animal at all, I am a very introverted person but can go out for pub crawl or for food together. I will ask for your references from your previous landlord and 3 months salary slips. Rent will be due on the first week of every month. Room comes with double bed, new mattress, side table, study table and chair with plenty of sunlight and backyard garden to chill out.
