A long private gravel drive (with a gate) leads past Langham Grange Offices, through the Cottage’s large private garden with lawns and herbaceous borders, and to a gravel parking area by the cottage. Here there is a lockable shed with a log shelter.  A gardener can be provided at an extra charge.

As the photos show, the Cottage is connected to the Wall of the historic Walled Garden, dating back to 1705, a gate gives access to this garden on certain days.

Inside the Cottage, you enter into a spacious entrance room/hall, with a bright sitting room with log fire to the right. To the left is a small study/dining area, a cloakroom, and through from that is the kitchen, which has a large pantry cupboard.  The kitchen has an electric oven and hob an integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.   Upstairs, off a spacious landing are two bedrooms (both large enough to be twin/double if required, one with built in cupboards) and a bathroom, with combined bath and shower.

The property is serviced by oil and a septic tank.

Pets will be considered, but unfortunately not cats.
