Room in a Shared House, Finch Lane, WD23

We recently bought this amazing and unusual very large house which we will be doing a major refurbishment on - but this will not start for at least 6 months due to planning etc. So, we're listing the rooms up for let. We will give 2 months notice of the need to vacate the house and it is likely to be more than 6 months.

If you are interested in staying, get in touch and we can talk about it. We will need to professionally clean and furnish rooms before you move in, so I will need a week or two time to sort things.

The rooms all have their own bathroom - one of which is ensuite.

The place is definitely very old and in need of work and we hope to rent it out at a price that reflects this. *Bills are not included - budget for an extra 100 to 150 per month per person to cover these but this may be a touch more if a lot of heating is used as it is a very old property so will cost a lot to run at a warm temperature.
