Caerleon village is a 10 to 15min walk or few minutes drive and there is a variety of pubs and restaurants, local Sainsbury, Morrisons, post office, doctors / dentist / opticians and hairdressers. Grange hospital a 6min drive or 25min walk. Cwmbran is a 15min drive and Newport is a 15min drive. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk from the house.The house itself is 3 bedroom, big windows so it's a light and airy house, one bathroom, kitchen /diner, front and back garden, lovely views and free off road parking. Access will be from the rear of the property for ease.

Double room with king size bed (ottoman) for extra storage. Double wardrobe, chest of drawers, small desk and chair, bedside table and lamp. Bedroom overlooks the garden. 

There is one (shared) bathroom which has both a bath and shower cubicle. The kitchen / diner is a good size and has a fridge/ freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There is a dining table and chairs. Storage for your items will be made available in cupboards and fridge/ freezer. 

The living room (shared) is a good size with a corner sofa, curved wall mounted TV. You can sit and enjoy the beautiful views through the window or just chill out and do your own thing. 

High speed broadband (incl within rent) throughout house, Netflix and virgin media. 

There is off road parking (free) to the rear of the property. 

The garden is a decent size with 3 tiers and great for hosting get togethers when the sun makes an appearance.

Storage space available in all shared areas of the house if required. Plus the 3rd bedroom is a a walk in wardrobe for landlord but additional space can be made available in this room if required.
