• There are two full-size bathrooms with all the necessities.

• There is free Wi-Fi in all properties.

• There is a large TV in the living room, as well as complimentary coffee and tea.

• The safety amenities include a smoke detector, first aid kit, fire extinguisher and a fire blanket.

• Access to the apartment is by stairs and elevator.

• There is one guaranteed underground parking spot.

• We have a travel cot that can be set up for a toddler.

I) Booking cancellation conditions:
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before the move-in date. Later cancellations have to pay 100% of the first month’s rent.

II) Termination Policy: 30 day's notice:
The duration remaining 30 days after the termination date will be refunded.

III) Cleaning frequency: Fortnightly

IV) Minimum length of stay: 1 month

V) Maximum length of stay: 3 months
