On the ground floor there a lounge with smart TV, Netflix and PS4 games console.  Additionally, there's a shower, and kitchen/diner with large American-style fridge freezer.

On the first floor there is a shared bathroom and two bedrooms, each of which has a King-sized bed that can be converted into two singles.  There is a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

On the second floor is the attic bedroom.  Quiet, light and airy, this bedroom boasts a double bed, Juliet balcony, workstation or dressing table and en-suite bathroom.

Outside there is a secure, enclosed garden with seating area.

Positioned just a stone's throw from the river, you can stroll along the Cam, into Midsummer Common, Jesus Green and all the delights of Cambridge.  There's a Tesco superstore, Aldi, pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby too.
