I have a double room available in a beautiful two-bedroom flat, located in North Cambridge - a convenient location for the Science Park, Cambridge North train station, and easy access to the A14.

The room is available for a short-term rental from 23rd October to 3rd November, just before a new tenancy starts.

It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining room. It’s on the 1st floor of a gated residential area. There’s a secure bike lock-up that you’re welcome to use if you have one. There’s also one private parking space inside the gate that I’m currently using, but on-street parking is never an issue if you have a car.

Your room is a cozy double, fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, work table, and a chair. The rest of the flat is fully furnished with a sofa, kitchen table, and all essential white goods. You’ll have shared access to the bathroom, kitchen, and living room.

All bills are included in the rent (water, council tax, gas/electricity, Sky Broadband, and TV).
