The rooms are well insulated for sound.

Each room is furnished with a bed with comfortable mattress (to ensure a good night sleep), a wardrobe/chest of draws & bedside table.

For those with bikes there is parking and storage areas at the front of the house along with a fantastic garden which catches the sun (when we have it!). Our property includes a large drive where parking is readily available and no licenses/permits are required.

Godwin Way has a variety of local shops nearby, recreational and sports facilities are a few minutes walk away, and entertainment and great nights out are just minutes away.

All bills are included. We also provide each room with Netflix subscription. The property comes with a regular cleaner for the communal areas and a gardener.
