Hi there, this room is available from next week!

We are looking for a chill but responsible and tidy tenant (single occupancy) to move into a beautiful double room with wooden flooring. The house is a spacious and modern two-bedroom hipster terrace with a lovely garden. The house is situated on York street (CB1 2PZ) near Mill road and Asda with just a 5 min walk to Anglia Ruskin University or a 15 min walk to the city centre. The house is fully equipped with everything you need: washing machine + drier, fridge + freezer, dish-washer, microwave, oven, kettle, gas cooker, amazing modern bathroom with a bathtub, dining area, kitchen area, living room area, upstairs landing (extra study space with a desk), and garden.

Who would you be living with?

Two (M, F, couple) friendly, relaxed, creative and professionals that like to cook, dance, create and listen to music, do yoga and acrobatics, and are passionate about science. We do like to keep the house tidy and clean!

We are also living with a lovely, relaxed and well-behaved posh house-cat (doesn’t scratch) that is secretly the boss and runs the household :D. Living with us is also a wise old dog who will mostly keep to himself but is friendly enough.

This is a sublet tenancy and the landlord has given me permission as the tenant.

The room is available for at least 5 months (From 02 December 2024 until at least April 2025 for £850 a month with all bills and internet included - please send a message. We have one or two more pictures available on request; the furniture has changed a little bit than stated in the photos.

We are happy to do some viewings through video calls in the first instance.
