• La Latina Bustaurante is about two minutes from the studios and has some of the best chicken and beef in the area.
• Cook’s Nest, whose speciality is in Mediterranean cuisine, is around 4 minutes from the property.
• Restaurant Twenty-Two is very well-reviewed and is the best choice for special occasions and events.
• Tu Casa Tapas specialises in Catalan and Spanish cuisine and is another top restaurant in the whole of Cambridge.

• On-site parking is unfortunately not available. However, you can park your car on the single yellow line on Napier Street for free from 5 pm to 9 am.

I) Booking cancellation conditions:
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before the move-in date. Later cancellations have to pay 100% of the first month’s rent.

II) Termination Policy: 30 day's notice:
The duration remaining 30 days after the termination date will be refunded.

III) Cleaning frequency: Fortnightly

IV) Minimum length of stay: 1 month

V) Maximum length of stay: 3 months
