• Please note that some work is ongoing outside the house, so our builders are still around sometimes.
• The accommodation backs onto a busy country road, so please note that constant road noise is present.
• Please note that the accommodation is located on the grounds of a wedding and event venue. This means that from time to time, there may be an event running next door with music also being played.
• Your furry friends are welcome at this property for £30 per pet per night.

⚠️ No access to the lake and grounds when an event is in progress. The lake and grounds are available to people booking the individual spaces but on a non-exclusive basis.


* Please keep in mind that: 

 I) Booking cancellation conditions: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before the move-in date. Later cancellations have to pay 100% of the first month’s rent. 
 II) Termination Policy: 30 day's notice: The duration remaining 30 days after the termination date will be refunded. 
 III) Cleaning frequency: Fortnightly 
 IV) Minimum length of stay: 1 month 
 V) Maximum length of stay: 3 months
