Room in a Shared House, Histon Road, CB4

I am looking for a person to replace my tenancy.
It is an En-suite room (room 6) in a 6 beds house share. Bills included.
5 min walk to Murray Edwards, Fitzwilliam College. Within 10 min walk to grocery shops, Midan, Aldi and Iceland.
Kitchen is shared, with stove, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge and storage. Washing machine (7kg capacity) is free to use in the kitchen under the sink.
This property is let and monitored by Babouris Ltd. New tenant will sign contract with Babouris. Current contract is till 12:00 noon 29 August.
Extension of tenancy can be discussed with Babouris in February. If you wish to terminate the your tenancy earlier you can choose to find another tenant to replace you. Babouris can help put advertisement though there will be a bit extra cost.

p. s: I am using the small fridge (most left on pic 7) on my own. So if you take my tenancy, you will have your own little fridge!
Also the desk lamp clamped to the study desk is my own property, but I can leave it to you if you want.
