The kitchen benefits from a LED flatscreen 42" TV, 2 fridge/freezers, 2 ovens, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.  This house also benefits from SOLAR PANELS that feed into the electric tariff to help with bills during the winter months. 

Located on Minny Street, the house is conveniently located on the street just behind Woodville Road, a short walk to Cardiff City Centre and Cardiff University, Students Union, Cathay's Train Station and amenities such as Lidl and Sainsbury's. 

There is a small gravelled garden for low maintenance with John Lewis patio furniture.

On street parking is available however we recommend purchasing a permit.  Bills are not included.
